MagicRay’s 2018 Mid-year Sales Summary Conference Ended Successfully


A Huge Tree Grows From a Tiny Seedling. With the hard work of all the members, MagicRay made a proud achievement in the first half of 2018. In July 14th, "2018 MagicRay sales summary meeting " was held at SHG-SILVERWORLD Hotel in Dongguan. General manager Yunjing Ji, general sales manager Zhixiao Zhang, East China, Southern China, West, central and overseas sales director, as well as all sales staff, the representative of finance department, research and development department and after-sales service department attended the meeting. The main purpose of the conference is to summarize the achievements made in the first half of 2018 and to objectively analyze the problems in the development of the company, and to take this opportunity to lay a good foundation for the smooth deployment of the next step.





At the meeting, before summarizing the results of the last half year, the general manager Yunjing Ji first reiterated the importance of the vision of the company, "providing customer a simple, powerful, high quality visual inspection system, improving the quality of service in the industry, and growing into a world-class visual inspection supplier". He said that repeatedly mentioned the company's vision is not to publicize false opportunities, but to remind us of the right direction of our company's development. Then he planned an important strategy for the company's development: Based on the SMT industry, to be the leader of visual inspection and expand the products to the semiconductor industry and the lithium power industry. In recent years, the turnover of the company has doubled every year. Undoubtedly, this is the most direct embodiment of all salesmen's hard work. He predicted that there is still a large space for the overall market. It is expected to grow at a rate of 15%-20% per year. If our annual sales volume can grow at a rate of 30%-40%, we believe that victory will certainly belong to us, and it will be time for us to grow into a world-class visual inspection supplier.



Sales general manager Zhixiao Zhang then used the data to summarize the overall performance of the company in the first half of 2018, which was more than 110% higher than last year. He hope that sales personnel in various regions will make persistent efforts to achieve further success in the second half of the year. At the same time, he also summarizes the reasons for success and the existing problems, and proposes corresponding solutions from the perspectives of sales, R&D, after-sales and brand promotion. By summarizing the experience and learn the lesson, can we take less or not to detour, and continue to grow and develop.



At the meeting, Dandan Wang ( general manager of Suzhou branch ), Kuang Bing ( Southern China sales director ), Tao Jin ( Western Sales Director ), He Lixin ( Overseas sales director ), and sales managers of each department, made a wonderful speech on the work summary of the first half of 2018 and the work plan for the next half of the year. Yunjing Ji has said that all departments of the company are servicing for sales and all sales are for customers. So the heads of R&D, after-sale service and finance department have also made a corresponding summary at the meeting and introduced the aspects of the second half of the year to serve the sales and service for the customers.



Finally, Mr. Ji delivered a summary of the meeting saying: we should be confident and strengthen team building, aiming that we can build our team into a powerful army with advanced equipment and organized leadership.
